Construction of Multipurpose hall i/c All Civil,Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting,HV AC,works etc. at Delhi Public School, Sector-C, Pocket-V, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. It includes civil, structural, and finishing works, along with external development like landscaping and pathways. Integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (E&M) services, including HVAC and fire safety, are also part of the design.

Construction of Faculty Housing (Phase I – 60 flats & Phase II 120 flats), including internal electrical installations (EI), firefighting system, electrical substation, DG set, and lift installation. The scope also includes demolition and disposal of existing structures at IIT Roorkee, Roorkee, Uttarakhand.

Construction of Indoor Sports Hall at Naurangi Lal Campus, Aligarh, U.P. , including a modern swimming pool with advanced filtration, treatment systems, and an energy-efficient heat pump for optimal temperature control. The scope also covers architectural finishes, external development, and fully integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (E&M) services to deliver a modern and efficient sports facility
